Ernie Crownover | President/Project Executive

Ernie leads TCC with more than 30 years of construction management experience. Known as the backbone of the company, he combines technical expertise with a strong ability to guide teams toward client goals. Ernie’s leadership ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. His forward-thinking approach allows him to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise. Dedicated to building strong teams and lasting client relationships, Ernie embodies the steady leadership and depth of knowledge that define TCC’s success.

 

Brian Crownover | Vice-President/Project Manager

Brian brings an uncommon blend of architecture, design, and construction management expertise to TCC. With more than a decade of experience, he applies design principles directly to project execution, offering clients creative yet practical solutions. Brian is known for his precision, safety focus, and ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget. His hands-on approach and eye for detail give him the tools to manage every stage of a project seamlessly. By pairing technical skill with strong communication, Brian ensures clients consistently receive high-quality results.

 

 

Steph McCormack | Senior Estimator

Steph has been a vital part of TCC since 2013, bringing more than 20 years of estimating and management experience. She is highly respected for her ability to assemble strong teams and foster trusted relationships with subcontractors. Steph’s clear communication and problem-solving skills keep projects aligned with client expectations from day one. Known for her thorough attention to detail, she ensures that budgets are accurate, risks are minimized, and teams are fully supported. With her expertise, clients can be confident their projects will be delivered with precision, efficiency, and quality.

 

Steve Mertens | Estimator

Steve’s two decades in construction and estimating are backed by hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trades. This foundation allows him to prepare accurate and competitive estimates that reflect real-world conditions. His financial insight and organizational skills help manage resources effectively and support smooth project delivery. Known for his integrity and reliability, Steve has built trusted relationships across the industry. His problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach ensure that every estimate is grounded, efficient, and geared toward project success.

 

Aryam Lema | Accounting 

Aryam manages TCC’s financial operations with precision and a solutions-driven approach. Holding a double major in International Business and Corporate and Investment Finance from Colorado State University, she combines technical expertise with strong organizational skills. Her background as Finance Coordinator, Event Planner, and Equipment Manager for CSU’s Men’s Basketball Team shaped her ability to manage budgets and collaborate with diverse groups. Passionate about accuracy and efficiency, Aryam supports colleagues and clients with proactive communication and reliable financial oversight, ensuring that TCC’s accounting systems operate at the highest standard.

 

Jordan Cardenas | Project Manager/Superintendent

Jordan brings a dynamic background to TCC with experience in restoration, roofing, and specialized underwater equipment repairs. His entrepreneurial drive is evident through his sports performance ventures that supported at-risk youth athletes. Determined, honest, and dependable, Jordan thrives under pressure, managing multiple projects with resilience and clarity. Known for his proactive mindset, he approaches challenges with innovative solutions and a steady commitment to client success. Jordan’s long-term vision is to be the dependable team member others trust for guidance, collaboration, and results

Beau Little | Marketing Manager/Project Manager

Beau is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Marketing. His career path includes experience in the aviation and automotive industries, where he developed adaptability, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. At TCC, Beau brings innovative ideas and a strong organizational mindset to both marketing and project supervision. Known for his clear communication and ability to connect with teams, he helps strengthen relationships with clients and partners alike. With his energy and fresh perspective, Beau continues to grow as a valued contributor to TCC’s success.

 

Trey Cardenas | Project Superintendent

Trey’s professional journey reflects a wide range of industries, from farming and retail to sports performance, restoration, and aquatic construction. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado’s business school, he pairs academic knowledge with real-world experience. His strength lies in relationship-building, a skill honed through managing businesses and navigating team environments such as college football. Trey’s adaptability, work ethic, and innovative outlook set him apart, and he is committed to continuous learning and advancing in commercial construction while supporting both clients and colleagues.

Logan Cocke | Project Superintendent

Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, combining leadership training with technical expertise. His early background in woodworking and management gave him a strong foundation in craftsmanship and coordination, which he now applies to construction supervision. Logan is known for servant leadership never asking others to do something he wouldn’t do himself. He values humility, integrity, and fresh thinking, bringing clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving to every project. Colleagues rely on Logan’s steady work ethic and team-first mindset to create strong, productive jobsite environments.

Orion Tow | Project Superintendent

Orion’s career path is marked by versatility, spanning construction, restaurant services, and culinary arts. He quickly advanced from busser to line lead in two years, demonstrating determination and a strong work ethic rooted in his Hispanic heritage. On site, Orion is known for his hands-on approach, precision, and timeliness. He takes pride in not only completing tasks but consistently exceeding expectations. His dedication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills make him a trusted member of the TCC team, where he brings a unique perspective and proven commitment to excellence.

 

Clayton Little | Equipment Manager/Project Superintendent

Clayton manages TCC’s equipment operations with a sharp focus on safety and efficiency. is currently pursuing an Applied Science degree with a Master Automobile Service Technology Certification. Known for his calm demeanor and precise attention to detail, Clayton excels at operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment. His respectful communication and strong work ethic set him apart, and as he transitions into a superintendent role, Clayton is well-positioned to leverage his hands-on expertise and leadership skills for project oversight.

Anthony Copple | Project Superintendent

Anthony began his career in agriculture programs and community service, where he developed a strong foundation of teamwork and hands-on learning. He later advanced into construction labor and nonprofit work, gaining diverse trade knowledge and practical experience. Colleagues describe him as dependable, solutions-oriented, and eager to take on challenges with an open mind. Anthony emphasizes safety, efficiency, and building strong relationships while continuing to grow with every project. His progression from laborer to superintendent highlights his adaptability, persistence, and commitment to long-term team and company success.

Eric Varnado | Project Superintendent

Eric brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on field experience to his role as a superintendent at TCC Corporation. With a background in piping design, mechanical and electrical systems, and complex infrastructure work, he understands how projects come together both on paper and in the field. His early experience as a pipefitter, engineering supervisor, and electrical apprentice shaped his practical, detail-focused approach to construction. Eric is known for his steady leadership style, clear communication, and commitment to safety and quality. He values accountability, teamwork, and thoughtful problem-solving, and takes pride in coordinating trades and leading crews with professionalism and respect. His ability to stay organized, anticipate challenges, and support his teams helps create efficient, well-run job sites.

Anthony Heras | Project Superintendent

Anthony Heras brings strong hands-on construction experience and field leadership to TCC’s commercial projects. A Windsor High School graduate with coursework in Print Reading, OSHA 10, Materials and Systems, and Soil Mechanics through Aims Community College, Anthony developed his work ethic and technical foundation working in oil and gas facility construction alongside his family. His background in welding support, residential builds, and skilled labor gives him a practical understanding of jobsite operations, safety, and quality control. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Anthony communicates effectively across diverse crews and is known for his reliability, organization, and calm approach under pressure as he continues to grow into larger leadership responsibilities.
