Ernie is the backbone for the TCC team with over 30 years of experience in Construction Management. As a seasoned professional, he has the ability to ensure the project team meets and exceeds client goals and objectives. Ernie brings with him exceptional experience, leadership, and technical know-how, allowing him to oversee every aspect of the construction administration. He is committed to developing a strong team that provides exceptional service and products to our clients. Ernie’s ability to anticipate and mitigate potential problems while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery is a testament to his expertise in the field. Brian Crownover | Vice-President/Project Manager

Brian’s extensive expertise in both architecture and design makes him an invaluable asset to our team as a Project Manager at TCC Corporation. With a deep understanding of design principles and construction processes, he brings a unique perspective to each project he manages. Brian’s dedication to completing projects on time and within budget is commendable, and he consistently delivers exceptional results. Steph has been with TCC since 2013 and is a highly skilled and experienced manager with over two decades of expertise in her field. She has worked with a wide range of teams to meet organizational goals, and her exceptional customer service skills allow her to build strong relationships with subcontractors and assemble a team that is committed to delivering high-quality work. Steph is an effective communicator who provides clear direction on every project, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working toward the same goal. Her keen attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities enable her to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Carrie Tow | Head of Accounting

We are thrilled to have had Carrie join our team in March 2017, Carrie has brought with her an impressive 25 years of experience in accounting. Her excellent organizational skills and strong reliability to keep the accounting department running smoothly, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. As a highly adaptable team member, she skillfully handles the changes that arise within the company. Carrie has built strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and team, thanks to her friendly and professional demeanor. She approaches each project with a willingness to learn and maintains high standards of quality with her work, making her an invaluable asset to the TCC team.

 

Loyal Gallatin | Project Superintendent

Loyal is a great addition to the TCC team, having dedicated seven years of service to the company. bringing over four decades of construction experience to the table. His unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality work has helped him lead his teams to exceed project expectations time and time again. With an expert-level construction skillset and meticulous attention to detail, Loyal plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of every project he works on. Thanks to his extensive construction background, he excels in effectively communicating with and managing subcontractors, building strong relationships that keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

 

Calvin Tow | Project Superintendent

Calvin is an esteemed Project Superintendent, brings over 25 years of invaluable experience to our team. His recent accomplishment involves overseeing the East 58th Avenue York to Washington project in Adams County, where he excelled in roles such as Construction Manager, utility relocation expert, and surveyor. Calvin’s adept leadership, coupled with his keen eye for detail, consistently yields exceptional results on a variety of projects. His commitment to job site safety and security reflects his dedication to the well-being of our team.

 

Beau Little | Marketing Manager/Project Coordinator

Beau is a recent graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Marketing, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table. Despite his limited experience in the construction industry, Beau has a proven track record in the aviation and automotive sectors, demonstrating a remarkable ability to adapt to new environments. In addition to his hard-working nature, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills, Beau is a great communicator and is highly organized.
